After a year of development, testing, tasting and starting over, we have finally succeeded in putting together a unique product. We are therefore proud to present the first Signature James Martin's Gin. This handmade and slow distilled Gin is made in small batches and was honoured with a Gold Medal at the 2021 Las Vegas World Spirits Awards.

It all starts with Organic Juniper, Coriander and Angelica, the base of most traditional craft Gin’s. We added some elements for extra layers of flavour with Orris root, Ginger, Lemongrass, Pine, dried Valencia Orange peel, zest from the famous Limoncello Lemons and a few secret ingredients to create a silky smooth, flavour rich, Gin.

Rich in taste and truly a "proper" Gin.
